CGI Unicorn Academy will contribute with an additional award to one of the participants in the Swedish Final of New Nordic Pitch Competition. CGI Unicorn Academy is CGI’s non-financial partnership program where the expertise of being a large IT service provider is combined with the agility and innovation of startups. CGI’s main role in this program is to provide support, build connections and share knowledge in order to scale innovative solutions to meet the clients’ needs.

The additional award in the Swedish Final of New Nordic Pitch Competition contains a fast track to CGI Unicorn Academy’s qualification process. The winning startup will be invited to qualification meetings where we together discuss what value a partnership can bring to both CGI and to the startup. CGI is looking for an innovative startup to the partnership program, CGI Unicorn Academy, with a strategic fit to our own product portfolio and to our customer base.

“I am very glad that we are cooperating with Silicon Vikings and New Nordic Pitch Competition. I believe that we have a common goal and focus – to scale innovative solutions. In addition, I find it valuable that both parties strongly believe in non-financial partnerships where we support with our global presence, network, and capabilities.”

Katarina Hallberg Piña, Head of CGI Unicorn Academy
